TO OUR PLANE AFTER CAPTURE AND TULU ME THERE WERE 3 BODIES in THE
PLANE. THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO SEE THEM. THEY BURIED THEM THERE.

TWO WAISTGUNNERS ON THE FLOOR AND BOTH APPARENTLY
DEAD BEFOR HE BAILED OUT. HE ALSO SAID THE TAIL TURRET
WAS SHOT AWAY. THE ENGINEER WAS LAST SEEN BY THE
CO-PiLOT STOOPING OVER in THE BOMBAY DOOR. THE BALL
TURRET WAS STILL SPINNING SLOWLY WHEN THE R.O.

It is assumed that the Engineer bailed out after the
Bombardier and Navigator -- and before the Co-Pilot and
Pilot, 8.S none of these four men had seen him.
Due to the electrical system being shot out, bomb-bay doors
could not be opened, nor bombs salvoed. This means of
exit was closed, and the Engineer must have come out of
the navigating hatch -- the only possible means of exit.
This hatch was the one by which the Bombardier, Navigator,
Co-Pilot and Pilot escaped.

It is assumed that the Engineer bailed out efter the
Bembardier and Navigator and before the Co-Pilot and
Pilot, as none of these four men had seen hia.
Due to the electrical systsm being shot out, bomb-bay doors
sould not be opened, nor bombs salvoed. This means of
exit was closed, and the Engineer must have cesse out of
the navigating hatch -- the only possible mesas of exit.
This hatch was the one by which the Bombardier, Navigator,
Co-Pilet and Pilot escaped.

OTHER PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND IT WAS COVERED WITH PRY BLOOD,
