bombs which were still in the front half of the ship, sinca WE ware hit on
the bomb run, blew up on the way down.. 2nd Lt. Hildrath found wreckage in
the area that he falt indicated this.

and was either blown to bits or was found and buried by Garman civilians
who failed to remove and turn in his identification tags.
